    Coming prepared for your first orthopedic consultation saves time and helps us reach a clear treatment plan faster. Here’s what’s useful to bring with you.

    Imaging/Tests to Bring (If You Already Have Them)

    • Recent X-rays of the painful area
    • MRI (if you have one—it's not mandatory)
    • Recent blood tests (CBC, ESR, CRP, glucose—helpful, not mandatory)
    • Medical letters from other doctors

    Administrative Documents

    • National ID card and health card (if your consultation uses a referral from the Romanian public insurance (CAS))
    • Referral from your family doctor (only needed for CAS coverage)
    • Insurance policy (if you have one)

    Useful Information to Prepare

    • How long has the problem been going on?
    • What treatments have you tried?
    • What medications are you taking?
    • How does it affect your life?
    • Any known allergies?

    Practical Tips

    • Wear clothing that allows for examination of the affected area
    • If you have difficulty walking, please come with a companion
