About Dr. Alexandru Grecu
Senior orthopedic surgeon with experience in treating joint conditions
With experience built over thousands of consultations and numerous complex surgeries, I am dedicated to restoring my patients' mobility and independence. My main field of expertise is knee and hip replacement surgery — interventions which, performed at the right time and with precise technique, can significantly improve mobility and autonomy when the indication is correct.
I firmly believe that the success of a surgery is not measured only in degrees of flexion or X-ray images, but mostly in how the patient resumes their life, walking, sleep and joy of movement.
That is why my approach combines medical rigor with open, empathetic communication — so that every patient understands step by step what they will go through and feels safe.
Modern orthopedics is not just about treating a painful joint, but about restoring the balance of the whole body and confidence in one's own body. This is the goal of every consultation and every procedure I perform.
